We write to you following the unfortunate demise of our beloved Chairman on 30th January. During this period, we understand that some of our clients and prospective clients may have questions regarding the continuity, stability, and future direction of the Company.

We would like to categorically assure you that the Company remains financially sound, fully stable, and debt-free. There are no financial, legal, or operational challenges impacting our business, and all commitments made to our customers, partners, and stakeholders remain fully intact.

For over 15 years, our Bangalore and Kerala operations have functioned as independent business entities with separate leadership teams and operational structures. The Bangalore operations were led by our Chairman along with his experienced team, while the Kerala operations have been independently managed by me and my team.

At present, approximately 95% of projects in Bangalore have been successfully completed and handed over to customers. The remaining two projects are in their final stages of execution and are expected to be handed over within the next three months.

Over the last couple of years, the Bangalore division has also been strategically focused on procuring large land parcels and engaging in joint development ventures with reputed developers. In addition, selective gated community developments in the form of plotted projects are being undertaken, in line with evolving market opportunities and long-term growth plans.

In Kerala, business operations and construction activities continue in full swing and are progressing strictly as per approved schedules, with no disruption whatsoever.

As a mark of respect, construction activities across locations were paused for two days following the Chairman’s passing. All operations resumed as normal from Monday, 2nd February, and continue uninterrupted.

As the Managing Director, I personally assure you that the Company’s leadership, financial discipline, execution capability, governance standards, and long-term vision remain strong and firmly in place. There is no cause for concern, and the Company continues to operate with the same professionalism, transparency, and commitment that have defined us over the years.
