More often than not, prospective buyers will have to compromise on the quality of construction, amenities, and other necessary facilities when it comes to investing in budget flats in Kerala.

Starting from just 45 lakhs, the 2BHK projects currently in the pipeline are scheduled to progress at prime locations in tier 1 cities of Kerala namely, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, and Kottayam. The first project under the ‘Smile Homes’ initiative was launched near Kariavattom in Trivandrum on 2nd April 2017
